Why Doesnt Dallas just trade tony romo to oakland for a 6th round pick?

i mean, romo only has the 2nd highest qb rating EVER....hes trash...he cant win a playoff game in his 3 years of trying.........come on now,,,,,,he should just leave the nfl right..
