Is this woman crazy? Why isn't she thinking of her 4 year old daughter? Your thoughts & story inside->?

Okay...so she's basically saying that the potential title of "World's Most Obese Woman" is more important than her four-year-old daughter?!?!?! That is absolutely horrifying, selfish even. What is she going to do with that title when she dies and leaves her daughter at such a young age? And how on earth would you even explain that to a four-year-old? If something does happen to her mother, she may feel that it's her fault for helping "feed her" as the article says. So disheartening... :(
