How do i stop loving him ?

he was the one hu confess to me and i started to hav feelings for him .... Everyone said he was a play boy becuz alot of gurls love him.... His frens said tad it was his 1st time confessing to some1 as it was always people confesing to him... I was touched by him and started to love him bt after awile he like another girl and he beg me to forgive him and there was 2nd time i forgave him bt after 2mnths we started to turn cold towards each other and then he told my fren then he didnt love me anymure ... I was sad i wanted to hate him but i cant help me pls .... I always cry when i remeber the memoreis
