I highly doubt this is true. There has been no discussion of this anywhere and beings they want you to contact someone in Japan then what will happen is they will tell you they will send you a partial check from your winnings for you to pay the taxes with and when you get the check you are to cash it and money gram them the money. Which you will find the check in not legal, if it is a real check then the signature is fake or they will want your bank account number so they can transfer the funds directly into it. These scams are very common and are going around alot right now.
