I can't understand the directions on my medicine bottle?

That is confusing I'd call your doctor to be safe. You could guess it means take 3 as soon as you get the bottle and then take 2 every morning and then another at 6 pm for the first few days then after 3days drop down to one twice a day. Again to be safe I'd call you doctor if you get to much could mess you up to little and wont get rid of it.
