General Relativity...?

It is not true that events can only be simultaneous in one reference frame. Events that are simultaneous in one frame are also simultaneous in an uncountably infinite number of other frames. In particular, they are simultaneous in all frames that are boosted perpendicular to the vector connecting the two events in a frame in which they are simultaneous.
