We wanna trampoline...?

So about 3/4 years ago we had an AWESOME trampoline. we got it not through my parents wish tho- my aunt gave it to us without their knowledge and in the beginning they were pretty annoyed. Well then my mom had us cut it up, because it was getting really old. At the time, she promised us a new one but we never ended up getting it. Also at the time, i began doing gymnastics and learned tons of wicked tricks on the tramp. When we got rid of it i missed it like crazy- and frankly- i still do. Whenever we ask about the tramp tho, my mom says she would love to get us one but she is worried about legal issues. As if someone came over and fell off and sued us. She said if i could find a solution we could get a tramp. Oh and we also had the problem that my 4 year old neighbor would literally be found either jumping on our tramp or ringing the door bell anytime we looked outside. It was disgusting. We even tried talking to her mom about it and she said that her daughter "deserves to." What solutions do you have?
