What can I do with my eBay problem with a seller?

EBay has arbitrators for you to contact when you have a dispute with someone. It's been a long time since I did that, so I don't remember exactly where on EBay it is. Go on EBay and look around the site. Maybe go on the help portion and they probably have a frequently asked question area. It worked well for me and the dispute was settled.
