Do ad's help child abduction/poor countries/animal abuse?

Is there any way to tell if there is an advertisement whether it be on TV or billboard and such, effect child abduction/poor countries/animal abuse? I'm doing a debate and I can't find anything statistic wise. Thank you in advance :)
